Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film Installer to join our automotive enhancement team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint protection films to vehicles, ensuring flawless finishes and superior protection. Your expertise will help clients preserve their vehicle’s appearance while providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Prepare vehicle surfaces through washing, decontamination, and paint inspection prior to installation.
- Customize and plot out kits, then apply paint protection film to various areas of the vehicle, including bumpers, hoods, mirrors, doors, and fenders. Occasional full body installs will be required.
- Wrap edges to ensure seamless appearance and long-term durability
- Inspect finished work for quality control, ensuring there are no bubbles, silvering or imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the installation process and provide guidance on vehicle maintenance post-installation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in paint protection installation preferred
- Must have experience with team building, management and customer service.
- Ability to wrap edges cleanly and minimize seams.
- Knowledge of film stretching, tension, and relief cuts.
- Precision trimming without damaging paint.
- Proper surface prep and contamination control.
- Ability to work with complex curves and panels.
- Heat gun and slip/tack solution knowledge.
- Understanding of different film brands and finishes (gloss, matte, satin).

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
