Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, working from 3 PM to 11 PM on Monday-Thursday! Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns and providing local information to enhance their stay
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services
- Must do all mandatory trainings to stay in compliance with IHG Brand Standards
- Very familiar with using and operating computers, and PMS systems
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, including guest services, hotel management practices, and resort operations
- Opera PMS knowledge is a plus
