Telehealth Therapists- LMFT
Are you a counseling professional passionate about caring for children and adolescents and looking to find purpose in your work? Find a new job? Add extra income? Inspire Health for Education is currently seeking to hire several enthusiastic and engaging LMFTs for an exciting, unique, all remote-work opportunity. We are in a growth phase with our successful programs delivering telecounseling to public school students. We offer several TeleCounseling programs to students, including broad scope rapid access counseling services, niche counseling services for students with specific needs related to substance use or trauma, as well as virtual staff counseling services providing virtual counselors dedicated to students of just 1-2 schools only.
We love building a culture of team and supporting our healthcare providers! Our Telehealth therapists and counselors, referred to as our CareTeam, will have the flexibility to set their own schedule and limits to their availability. They have the option to offer individual counseling services at times that work for them, recognizing that students will be looking to match with a counselor that best meets their schedule needs, which could be during school, after school, evening and/or weekend hours. Our CareTeam is heavily supported by our concierge staff who are managing triage, intake, scheduling and administrative work, allowing our counselors to devote their time and focus to the one on one work with students.
We are passionate about our work and commit to cultivating a supportive, patient-centered environment, based on a culture of caring and the joy of improving healthcare access for children and adolescents. We are proud to have developed a very user-friendly, efficient technology platform and a care delivery model that is successfully supporting hundreds of school health offices, reducing school absenteeism, equalizing access to high quality care for youth, and easing the administrative burden on our counselors.
Therapists with passion and experience working with children and adolescents should apply.
Those who also have experience providing services related to substance and/or trauma care should apply too.
Telehealth experience is a plus.
Working independently while also engaging a team mindset is a must!
