Job Description:
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our residential painting team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on homes and properties. The work is straightforward but requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
Experience in painting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable and ready to work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming, taping)
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites
- Work on ladders and at heights when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow instructions and work as part of a team
Requirements:
- 1+ year of painting
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Not afraid of heights (ladder work required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well with a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Must be 18 years or older
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
