Barista Position – Vitruvius Coffee & Tea (Downtown Middleton)
Vitruvius Coffee & Tea is a specialty coffee shop, and we are looking for experienced baristas to join our growing team. We are committed to quality, consistency, and creating a thoughtful hospitality experience.

Pay
- $13 to $17 per hour plus tips
- Typically averages around $21 to $23 per hour with tips, depending on experience
Requirements
- Previous specialty coffee barista experience required
- Strong understanding of espresso preparation and milk steaming
- Knowledge of coffee origin, processing methods, and varietals
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and consistent in workflow
- Interest in specialty coffee and hospitality
- Availability for mornings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks and tea to a high standard
- Dial in espresso and maintain quality throughout shifts
- Operate espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Follow cleanliness and food safety standards
- Stock and restock all bar items including cups, milk, and ingredients
- Assist with cleaning tasks throughout the shift and at close
- Prepare in-house ingredients such as syrups and other components
- Support overall coffee shop operations as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
