Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive knowledge of construction management processes, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to confirm project scope and technical requirements
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, GC Pay, and HH2 for project documentation, tracking progress, and cost estimation
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; address any issues or delays proactively
- Ensure accurate project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management or as a Construction Manager with a strong track record of successful project delivery
- Interested in growing their roll within the company
- Curious to ask the next questions and pursue tasks through completion
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, contracts administration, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project scheduling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication skills for clear articulation of project objectives and expectations to clients and team members
- Relevant educational background in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
- Lead, mentor, and develop project staff.
- Establish clear expectations for project execution, accountability, and performance.
- Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, succession planning, and team development.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
