Overview
Olida is a growing shared office space community for mental health professionals. Our mission is to help therapists build and grow successful private practices by providing beautiful office space and a supportive professional community.
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused team member to support the day-to-day operations of our Los Angeles locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience for members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple office locations (including West LA, Encino, Studio City, and Beverly Hills)
- Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with member onboarding
- Ensure member amenities are clean, stocked, organized, and functioning efficiently
- Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Manage incoming mail, including sorting, notification, package handling, and mail forwarding for members
- Coordinate member requests and communicate with Olida leadership
- Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Monitor member satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the member experience
- Assist with community engagement initiatives and member events
- Support administrative projects and operational improvements as the company grows
- Travel between Los Angeles-area locations, driving required
Experience:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, community management, customer service, operations, or office administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without close supervision
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Interest in mental health, wellness, or community-building preferred
- Experience coordinating events, member engagement, or community initiatives is a plus
- Experience working in coworking, hospitality, property management, or startup environments is a plus
Pay: $25.00 per hour
