We are seeking a PEMB Superintendent to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous 30+ years of experience in COMMERCIAL construction
- 30+ years' experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Building construction
- Experience with Metal Building Systems such as NUCOR, ALLIANCE, AMERICAN and BUTLER
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual is a Plus, but not required
