Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to recipes and instructions
- Help with the setup and organization of the kitchen area
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and knife skills is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Note: This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the food industry. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
