Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, field service, procurement, or supply chain; experience with natural gas compressor components preferred.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Preferred: Accredited purchasing/APICS/ISM certification, Lean/Six Sigma experience, or demonstrated process improvement expertise.

Experience with purchasing, online requisitioning, spend management, and inventory systems preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with teams, vendors, and personnel.

Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethic; able to work with minimal supervision.

Effective time management and ethical behavior.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
-
Weekend or after-hours work may occasionally be required.

Must be fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus.

Must have a valid driver’s license

Employment for this role is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and MVR check, drug screening, and physical exam, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Physical Demands:
This position requires regular travel to field locations, often in varied weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold. The role involves frequent physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items such as 8D batteries (approximately 128 lbs.) and 3516 heads (approximately 78 lbs.), as well as performing other tasks necessary to support field operations. Candidates must be capable of handling these physical demands safely and effectively.
