Job Title: Building Superintendent / Head Foreman
We are seeking a hands-on and approachable lead foreman to manage day-to-day operations for our residential properties in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure the general cleanliness of the buildings.
- Coordinate Move-Out inspections and prepare vacant apartments for Move-ins
- Supply runs at local Home Depots and other Hardware shops.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in residential building maintenance or construction.
- Hands-on repair skills.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
Compensation:
- Salary range: 75,000 to 85,000 dollars annually, based on experience.
Requirements:
1- Must have a Car (REQUIRED)!
2- Must have at least 1-year general multifamily maintenance experience and/or general contractor experience.
3- Must be able to communicate clearly with Management and Tenants.
