Pay & Perks:
- $22-28 per hour per job (increases with good performance)
- $20 bonus per 5-star client review
- $40 monthly reliability bonus
- $50 bonus for same-day job pickups

Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional house cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Available at least 2 weekdays (Mon-Fri)
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (you choose the products you trust)
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
- Strong communication and client service skills
