- Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and promptly, ensuring every guest feels valued

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, serving, and is advantageous
