Responsibilities:
-
Act as a roaming Maitre D’, moving between the host stand and dining room to connect with guests, support service flow, and elevate the overall experience

Shape the guest experience through thoughtful, consistent guest touchpoints

Manage reservations, seating flow, wait times, and table turns to maximize both service execution and operational efficiency

Build relationships with regular guests, recognizing preferences and creating personalized moments

Use guest interaction and reservation technologies such as OpenTable, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, and more
-
Communicate clearly and confidently with servers, bartenders, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure seamless service

Handle guest needs and concerns in the moment with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a guest-focused hospitality environment

A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, fun and the guest experience

A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests

A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
