We are hiring for a Livestock Auction Cattle Sale Computer Clerk!
**THIS IS A 1 DAY/WEEK (TUESDAY) ONLY POSITION** Occasionally (6-8 times a year), we host special sales on Saturday. These Saturday sales are not required, but are optional.
Pay is approximately $175-$200 minimum a day for 8 hours, after 8 hours pay would be $21-$25/hour. Some sale days only last 4 hours while others can last 9-11 hours during our busy seasons.
This position sits in the auction block with the auctioneer and records the price and the buyer of each animal that goes through the auction ring.
This is a VERY fast paced computer position. Decent typing skills and basic cattle knowledge are a requirement.
This position will take about 6 weeks of training for the employee to feel confident in their performance. Because of this, we are asking for only serious and dedicated applicants to apply.
