Program Director

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for supporting and improving Job Connect operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing, and general operating capabilities.
Successful Elements

Collaborate with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals

Monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identify performance challenges, and implement corrective strategies to support continuous program improvement

Oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards

Maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation to support communication, reporting, and program oversight
Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

7-10 years of previous supervisory experience required

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources

Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Regional travel is required

Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment

Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
