American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology inpatient position in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and chemotherapy certification.

Inpatient oncology unit within a hospital setting in Atlanta, GA

Patients include neurological, melanoma, and sarcoma oncology diagnoses

Day shift, 12-hour shifts

13-week contract

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and Chemotherapy Certification

Minimum 18 months of RN experience required

IV insertion skills required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday

RTO is limited to a maximum of 3 days if the request falls on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract
