Position Overview
As a Server at Rocco's Tacos, you are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. Our ideal candidate is confident in a high-volume setting, works well under pressure, and is committed to delivering outstanding hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide exceptional hospitality.
- Guide guests through the menu by making knowledgeable food, beverage, and tequila recommendations.
- Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, dining areas, and service equipment.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent full-service restaurant serving experience required.
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, Mondays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Tequila, wine, and cocktail knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
