Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized artistry services, skincare consultations, and makeup lessons that reflect the Trish McEvoy method.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, appointments, and exceptional service.
- Support store events, master classes, and brand activations to grow brand awareness and client engagement.
- Maintain excellent visual standards and uphold brand presentation at all times.
- Collaborate with retail partners and store leadership to ensure seamless communication and partnership.
- Stay current on Trish McEvoy products, artistry techniques, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.95 per hour plus 3% commission on cosmetics sales and 0.5% counter override per month
