We are seeking a candidate with experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office, MacOS, and Windows. The primary tasks are to assist with a/p, a/r, inventory, shipment tracking, purchasing, reconciliations, and general accounting office tasks.
Work with the controller, store lead, sales, accounting, and warehouse staff:
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting best practices.
- Basic understanding of freight.
- Assist with purchasing and a/p functions.
- Maintain sales records, data entry, review data entries.
- Work with sales leads, warehouse leads, warehouse workers, salespeople to coordinate and track purchases, inventory, and shipments. This includes periodic site visits at our Hawaii warehouses.
- Provide basic accounting support and accurate data entry.
- Gain proficiency with controller and inventory personnel in managing inventory system and purchases.
The position is open immediately at our Kailua-Kona location. The starting pay is a placeholder and compensation is negotiable depending on experience, skillset, and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity employer.
