Compliance Case Coordinator

The Compliance Case Coordinator assists and provides administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”)/Senior VP of Compliance, Directors of Compliance, and Compliance Screening Manager, in accordance with all laws, regulations, and LCCA policies. Reports to Compliance Screening Manager.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required
- Three or more years of administrative experience preferred
Essential Functions
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Understand and follow company policies including harassment and complaint procedures
- Provide timely, effective administrative support to Compliance department team
- Prepare and distribute reports timely and accurately
- Log and maintain case, referral, and state reportable files in Excel
- Communicate and coordinate the sending and receiving of case information and assist with cases as needed
- Assist with first round of exclusion and licensure verification
- Maintain the Legal Holds and Release log and documents
- Handle the retention and destruction of Compliance department records
- Prepare and send out reports as required by the CCO/Senior VP of Compliance, Directors of Compliance, and Compliance Screening Manager.
- Practice dependable, regular attendance
- Able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours
Schedule
- 8-Hour Shift
- Monday-Friday
