We are a growing Twin Cities real estate investment company that helps homeowners solve difficult situations by purchasing homes directly. You'll work directly with experienced investors, learn a proven sales process, and have the opportunity to grow into a senior acquisitions role.
No real estate experience is required. We will teach you our business and sales process. We can't teach work ethic, integrity, or ambition.
What You'll Do
- Speak with new inbound homeowner leads
- Build rapport and uncover each seller's needs
- Learn and follow our proven acquisition process
- Make daily outbound calls and follow-up with prospects
- Keep accurate notes and manage leads in our CRM
- Learn how to analyze deals and present offers
- Receive ongoing coaching and training
- Grow into handling acquisitions from first call to signed contract

Requirements
- Live in the Twin Cities metro or Western Wisconsin
- Able to work from home and come into our Stillwater-area office 2–3 days per week
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet
- Smartphone
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable learning new technology and CRM software
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
