Evolv is expanding in Chicago and looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our team as Entry Level Sales Associates.
You don't need a sales background. If you can communicate well, enjoy meeting people and are ready to learn, we'll provide the training.
Your Day
You'll be working directly with customers in face-to-face environments, helping introduce products and services while supporting sales and customer acquisition campaigns.
Expect to:
● Meet and speak with customers throughout the day
● Learn how to confidently present products, services and offers
● Ask questions and understand what customers are looking for
● Provide friendly, professional customer service
● Help customers complete registrations, purchases or sign-ups
● Work toward personal and team goals
● Learn from experienced team members through daily coaching and training
