We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and legally compliant Nurse Practitioner who shares our commitment to affirming care, rigorous safety standards, and anatomical precision.
Position Overview & Clinical Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as a primary clinical provider, administering advanced non-surgical facial rejuvenation and body contouring treatments.
- Clinical Evaluations: Perform comprehensive medical intakes, anatomical assessments, and Good Faith Examinations (GFEs) for new and existing patients to establish safe and compliant treatment plans.
- Medical Record Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including treatment documentation and signing off on all synchronized clinical notes in accordance with IDFPR regulations.
- Advanced Injectables: Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with an emphasis on precise facial balancing.
- Gender-Affirming Aesthetics: Demonstrate mastery in structural facial feminization and masculinization utilizing advanced dermal filler techniques.
- Energy-Based Devices: Operate advanced aesthetic technologies, including the Xerf RF skin-tightening system, lasers, and other energy-based modalities (training provided where necessary).
Required Qualifications & Credentials
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Practice Authority: Must possess Full Practice Authority (FPA-APRN) in Illinois, or have an active independent prescriptive authority structure that satisfies state compliance for an outpatient medspa setting.
- Aesthetic Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated, verifiable experience as an aesthetic injector. A strong portfolio demonstrating full-face balancing is required.
- Specialized Clinical Competency: Direct experience performing high-level structural gender-affirming facial contouring (masculinization/feminization) using injectables.
- Professional Alignment: Excellence in patient communication, cultural competency, and a dedication to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for our diverse LGBTQ+ patient base.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $60.00 per hour.
- Commission: Transparent and competitive 20% commission on all injectable treatments, with additional variable commission structures for advanced device treatments.
Pay: $60.00 per hour
