Key Qualifications:
- Active COTA license in Missouri required

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of approximately 32 students, allocating about 800 minutes of direct therapy each week
- Develop a personalized weekly schedule (with initial oversight) to support all assigned students
- Work across multiple sites including elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to implement IEP goals and track progress
- Maintain accurate documentation according to school and legal requirements
- Support students with a range of physical, sensory, and cognitive needs in alignment with school-based therapy goals
