Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and varies based on production, experience, and licensure. Medicare-focused agents in the broader market often earn around $60,000–$90,000+ per year, with top performers earning well into six figures. This role offers uncapped income potential for the right person.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance license preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and follow a process
