Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients in efforts to promote insurance products and services
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs across property, and casualty lines
- Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to secure optimal solutions that meet client requirements
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance
- Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance solutions
- Stay informed on insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and accurate advice
Requirements
- P&C Insurance License
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Computer Skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Understanding of insurance regulation standards to ensure compliance in all client interactions
