Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior management as needed, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
