Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations
- Open and close the store on time
- Lead and support the beauty team
- Train and onboard new employees
- Monitor employee attendance and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory and submit supply requests
- Assist with implementing sales goals and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Communicate directly with ownership regarding daily operations
- Ensure company policies and standards are followed
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability required
