Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and design to provide innovative services.
- Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and product recommendations.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement nail services.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional skills such as hair extensions, body waxing, color theory, hair styling, cosmetology, barbering, esthetic laser treatment, hair threading is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid cosmetology or nail technician license is required.
