We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our growing multifamily housing portfolio. This position is responsible for branding, digital marketing, social media management, reputation management, graphic design, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects while helping drive occupancy and leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Manage social media accounts and online reputation across multiple platforms.
- Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, email campaigns, and digital assets.
- Coordinate and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor marketing budgets and advertising spend.
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communities.
- Support leasing initiatives, property launches, rebrands, and special projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, printers, and advertising partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
- Multifamily or real estate marketing experience is a plus.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
