We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who can revolutionize our brand presence through creative strategy and modern marketing approaches.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a tech-savvy, energetic Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of diverse marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for a self-motivated professional who wants to make a significant impact while growing with an ambitious firm. The firm is in year 2 and growing at a fast pace, so there is plenty of room for growth! This is an in-person position, and you must be based in Tampa, Florida to be considered.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Management: Lead our presence across 5+ platforms with engaging, strategic content
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute lead magnets, email campaigns, and online advertising strategies
- Traditional Marketing: Support print, radio, and event-based marketing efforts
- Brand Representation: Attend networking events, functions, and community gatherings as a firm ambassador
- Community Building: Create and nurture an online community to drive engagement and loyalty
- Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing materials, graphics, and multimedia content
- Campaign Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across all channels
- Strategic Support: Collaborate on aggressive growth strategies and new marketing initiatives

- Familiarity with Tampa Bay market and business community
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.
