What You'll Be Doing
- Install, repair, and modify plumbing systems in residential remodeling projects
- Complete rough-ins and finish plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
- Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot plumbing challenges and provide effective solutions
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, tile installers, and project managers
- Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards
- Maintain organized, safe, and professional job sites
- Deliver a great experience for homeowners through clear communication and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Remodeling experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and building codes
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction plumbing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
