Communicate effectively with customers to understand and meet their needs.

Understand and apply local, state, and federal electrical codes.

Interpret drawings and specifications.

Coordinate daily/weekly tasks with Project Manager/Foreman.

Participate actively in job-site processes to help management anticipate and overcome potential conflicts or work flow issues.

Set and pursue career goals, such as certifications, licensing, classes.

Minimum 2 years experience with low-voltage installations, including data/comm, fiber, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control.

Ability to carry out the physical demands of the job, including lifting, carrying, bending, crawling, climbing, balancing, repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.

Strong work ethic with an emphasis on safety.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

Ability to work independently with little supervision or with a team to complete projects on time.

Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Must pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. Weekend work and overtime are available. The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Arden, NC.
