Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate
Florida Telecommunications Services is hiring an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate for our California office to support our AT&T campaign. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning sales, and helping businesses find communication solutions that support their daily operations.
As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate, you will connect with business customers, introduce AT&T products and services, explain available options, and guide customers through the sign-up process. You will receive hands-on training in sales, customer communication, product knowledge, and business account support.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate
- Engage directly with business customers in a professional and confident manner
- Introduce AT&T products, services, and business account options
- As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate, ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Explain pricing, promotions, service benefits, and account setup steps
- Assist customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes
- Support daily sales goals while providing a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate team to reach daily and weekly sales goals
- Represent the AT&T campaign with professionalism and strong communication
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers face to face
- Interest in sales, business development, customer service, or account support
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow
