Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Belly Dump Truck Driver to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Safely operate belly dump trucks to haul materials such as gravel, dirt, and aggregates & asphalt across construction sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and proper functioning
- Maintain compliance with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures
- Assist with construction utility work, including utility locating and site grading as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on trucks and related machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with site supervisors to deliver materials efficiently and according to project schedules
- Support other heavy equipment operations such as loader, excavator, dozer, backhoe, grader, water truck, horizontal drilling, tanker, or paving equipment when required
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy truck operation
- Proven experience operating belly dump trucks in a construction environment
- Knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and safety procedures
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Understanding of federal construction safety regulations and adherence to all safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
