Position Overview
Infinity Properties is seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Host to support our new-home sales efforts at Fusion and Cadence, two Infinity communities within Lyric at RidgeGate in Lone Tree. This role will help create the first impression for prospective buyers visiting our model homes and sales centers—welcoming guests, sharing the Infinity story, and helping introduce buyers to the homes, design details, and lifestyle offered within Lyric at RidgeGate.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of prospective homeowners. This person will work closely with our sales team to ensure every visitor has a thoughtful, high-end experience from the moment they arrive through their follow-up with our sales consultants.
This role is well-suited for someone with an interest in real estate, design, and hospitality who is excited to support an active new-home community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional presence
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs
- Provide guided tours of model homes and highlight key features
- Share information on floor plans, pricing, and community amenities
- Capture and maintain accurate visitor and lead information
- Support sales consultants with scheduling and guest flow
- Keep model homes pristine and show-ready at all times
- Distribute marketing materials and answer general questions
- Assist with events, open houses, and community outreach
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional, polished demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Occasional weekend availability, if needed
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend availability may be requested, but is not expected to be a regular requirement
- Hourly pay + optional incentives
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
