Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent employees of Emory or Houston facilities must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to this same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO during holiday periods must be spread out and not taken on consecutive days
