Job Overview
Brightview Academy is seeking a creative, energetic, and imaginative instructor to lead personalized 1-on-1 online Princess Tea Party Adventures for children ages 4–8.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, pretend play, performing, and creating magical experiences for young learners. Our instructors help children build confidence, creativity, communication skills, and imagination through fun and interactive online lessons.
The ideal candidate is warm, enthusiastic, dependable, and comfortable stepping into an original royal character while creating a memorable experience for each child.
Compensation
$24 per 30-minute class
(Equivalent to $48/hour when teaching back-to-back classes)
This is a part-time independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging 1-on-1 virtual princess tea party experiences for children ages 4–8
- Create a magical and welcoming environment through storytelling, conversation, and imaginative play
- Engage learners in activities such as:
- Royal introductions and conversations
- Storytelling adventures
- Tea party manners and etiquette
- Princess-themed crafts or activities
- Confidence-building activities
- Creative role-play
- Personalize each lesson based on the learner’s interests and personality
- Encourage communication, creativity, and self-expression
- Provide a positive and encouraging online learning experience
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (teaching, childcare, camps, tutoring, performing arts, or similar experience preferred)
- Comfortable engaging young children through imagination, storytelling, and conversation
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic personality
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable teaching online
- Dependable and professional
Bonus Qualifications:
- Acting, theater, character performance, storytelling, dance, or music experience
- Early childhood education experience
- Experience creating themed activities or imaginative lessons for children
