- Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $1,188.00
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Travel LPN assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Tuscumbia, AL. This role is ideal for LPNs who excel in nursing homes, long-term care, rehab, or assisted living settings and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications/treatments.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EMR system.
- Support residents with daily care needs and follow established care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and safety.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Nursing Homes, or Rehab highly preferred
- Epic EMR or other electronic charting experience is a plus
- Strong patient care, communication, and clinical assessment skills
Requirements
- Active LPN License (AL or Compact State)
- Current BLS Certification
Ability to work night shifts and meet facility compliance requirements
