Are you a people person who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to make a great first impression? Our growing personal injury law firm is looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from prospective clients
- Conduct initial case screenings and gather key details with empathy and accuracy
- Build trust with callers during what is often a stressful time
- Document and manage leads in our system
- Coordinate consultations with attorneys
- Follow up with potential clients to keep cases moving forward
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Former law office experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to handle high call volume while staying professional and compassionate
- Experience in personal injury, legal intake, or sales/customer service preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is mandatory
