The Installer will assist installation teams with a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
- Supporting street sign installation projects
- Assisting with basic marketing sign installations
- Learning and applying OnSight’s build and installation procedures
- Helping prepare job sites, tools, and materials for safe and efficient work
- Following all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use
- Capturing and submitting quality closeout photos as required
- Maintaining accountability for assigned tools and equipment
- Demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- 0–2 years of related experience, with completion of the OnSight pre-hire skills assessment
- Ability to work with required tools and equipment, such as:
- Hand tools
- Core drills
- Generators
- Other installation-related tooling
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50–75 pounds
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to progress in the installation career path
- Works effectively under the supervision of a Senior Installation Technician
- Must become eligible to operate a company vehicle upon promotion
