Now Hiring: Dermatology, Mohs & Aesthetic Front Office Patient Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and patient-focused team member to join our fast-paced, busy, and growing practice. This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient daily office operations.
Our practice provides dermatology, Mohs surgery, aesthetics, and cosmetic facial surgery services in Plano, Prosper, and McKinney.
We are currently seeking an experienced medical front office patient coordinator for a full-time position. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a medical front office or related healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional. This person should be a self-starter who communicates well, enjoys working with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
Full-time: 4 to 4.5 days per week
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
Candidates must be available to work at any of our locations on any scheduled day.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and help guide them through their office experience
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and support daily front desk operations
- Answer phones and respond to patient communications
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with referrals
- Support patient intake processes
- Help maintain efficient office systems, workflow, and daily operations
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of medical front office or related healthcare experience
- Experience with scheduling, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, referrals, and patient intake
- Proficiency in medical administrative support and patient care coordination
- Experience with Modernizing Medicine / EMA, Klara, and RSI preferred
- Dermatology, Mohs, plastic surgery, OB-GYN, general surgery, or cardiology experience preferred
- Experience with aesthetic services and products is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
