Job Summary

Duties
- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Conduct woodworking tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation.
- Participate in water damage restoration efforts, including mold remediation and restoration industry practices.
- Carry out caulking, stucco application, siding installation, and other finishing work.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary for project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on carpentry skills.
- Familiarity with various construction techniques including CNC operation and assembly processes.
- Strong understanding of restoration practices related to water damage and mold remediation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and operate equipment safely on-site.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not mandatory.
