Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail‑driven Marketing & Creative Services Specialist to manage our brand presence, visual identity, digital content, and day‑to‑day marketing operations. This role blends graphic design, branding, digital marketing, customer communication, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized — someone who can design beautiful, on‑brand assets while also managing projects, supporting customers, and keeping our marketing systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Branding
- Create high‑quality visual assets for print, digital, and social media
- Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, signage, ads, presentations, and digital graphics
- Develop and manage brand color palettes, typography, and visual standards
- Produce templates and reusable design systems for internal use
- Prepare files for print vendors and manage production timelines
Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage and update website content (pages, images, announcements, events, SEO basics)
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms
- Build email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Software & Tools
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Skilled in Canva for quick-turn content
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable with website & direct marketing platforms (WordPress, SimpleTexting or similar, MailChimp or similar, + CRM experience: Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Ability to learn new digital tools quickly
Customer Service & Communication
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer support
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners in a professional, friendly manner
- Draft clear, polished written communication for marketing and customer-facing materials
- Support event coordination, scheduling, and general administrative tasks
Project & Operations Support
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables
- Maintain organized digital file systems and asset libraries
- Support internal teams with design needs, presentations, and branded materials
- Assist with light office tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and brand understanding
- Excellent eye for color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the brand professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work-from-home or hybrid position.
