Full Job Description

Position: CNA (Contract to Perm)
Location: NY 14527
Pay: $759 – $865/week

Contract Duration:

05/19/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

Part-Time Evenings
5x7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours/week)
Every Other Weekend (EOW) & Holidays required
Must be able to begin full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care
Maintain safety: respond to call lights, fall prevention, equipment checks
Assist with meals/feeding per care plan and resident preferences
Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, assistive devices
Report changes in condition and resident concerns promptly
Complete all required documentation per protocol

Requirements

NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (active, 1+ year required)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI required)
Minimum 1 year LTC/CNA experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work in an environment with exposure to blood/body fluids
