Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year + Commission

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and deliver consistent branding messages.

Conduct daily and weekly business-to-business (B2B) visits and outbound calls throughout the Cleveland area.

Represent the company at vendor fairs, trade shows, and community events.

Identify and pursue target customers and new market opportunities.

Collect and compile customer feedback into organized, actionable reports for company leadership.

Maintain accurate sales records to track, review, and optimize marketing initiatives.

Forecast and analyze sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance.

Prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

1–3 years of experience in business development, promotional sales, customer service, or a related field required

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales or related role.
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Experience working with parking management software or similar systems (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures (preferred).
