Position summary
The Brand Ambassador role is a part-time, as-needed position designed for someone who loves being out in the community and connecting with people. You will serve as the face of Rob Peters Entertainment — attending events, engaging with local businesses, and generating leads that contribute directly to our growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in sales, hospitality, marketing, or entertainment who is looking for flexible, rewarding work with strong earning potential.
Hours will vary based on the event calendar and business opportunities. Some evenings and weekends will be required. This is not a remote desk role — you will be active in the field, representing our brand where it matters most.
Responsibilities
- Attend B2B networking events, industry nights, trade shows, and community gatherings on behalf of Rob Peters Entertainment
- Proactively approach and engage venue managers, event coordinators, corporate clients, and small business owners to introduce our services
- Distribute promotional materials and deliver a compelling, clear pitch about our entertainment offerings
- Identify new opportunities and untapped markets for promotion throughout the South Shore, Metro West and Greater Providence area
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral partners, past leads, and potential clients
- Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to move them through the sales process
- Report back on market insights, competitor activity, and client feedback to help shape our outreach strategy
- Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding the reputation and standards of Rob Peters Entertainment
Qualifications
Required
- Outgoing, personable personality with a genuine ability to connect with a wide range of people
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field without close supervision
- Reliable personal transportation to attend local events and meetings
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Comfortable in social, networking, and professional business environments
Preferred
- Prior experience in sales, business development, event marketing, or hospitality
- Existing connections within the South Shore/Metro West event, venue, or business community
- Familiarity with the local entertainment and events industry
- Experience with basic CRM tools or lead tracking (a plus, not a requirement)
