What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll be at the heart of helping people find a place to call home. From guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to coordinating move-ins and completing lease documentation, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every resident. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others, is energized by helping people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $20.00 - $23.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

What We’ll Expect from You:
Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
