Locations: Chantilly & Reston, VA
Position: Full-Time Medical Receptionist (Float between both offices as needed)
Schedule: Four 9.5-hour weekdays (6:45 AM – 5:00 PM) plus rotating half-day Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Requirements:
As one of the first people our families meet, you'll help create a positive experience for every patient visit.
Your day will include:

Greeting patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion

Checking patients in and out while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls with confidence and excellent customer service

Scheduling appointments using provider scheduling guidelines to maximize patient access

Verifying insurance, updating patient demographics, and collecting copayments and balances

Scanning and organizing medical records within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

Supporting providers by ensuring patient information is complete before appointments

Working closely with teammates to keep the office running smoothly during busy clinic days

High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

At least one year of medical receptionist experience preferred

Customer service experience preferred

Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) or Practice Management software strongly preferred

Enjoy helping children and families

Stay calm and organized while juggling multiple priorities

Communicate professionally with patients, parents, and coworkers

Have excellent attention to detail and strong computer skills

Work well independently while also being a dependable team player

Have familiarity with basic medical terminology and general office equipment
